Our chef will be pulling out all the stops for a memorable Valentine's Dinner for you and your special someone, consisting of a very special 4 course tasting menu with an optional beverage pairing.

Smoked Beet Nigiri, Tartare Tartelle, and Potato and Caviar

1st Course: Frozen Tide
Oyster, scallop, smoked trout, buttermilk, cucumber granita, potato

2nd Course: Goat Cheese Manicotti
Lamb ragu, kale, basil, balsamic, romano, house-made focaccia

3rd Course: Chocolate and Steak
Shio koji, carrots, red wine

4th Course: Chocolate and Strawberries
Mousse, cake, brittle, sauce, meringue
